Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate Jira Workflows: Design and implement Jira workflows to replicate the governance process of the Architectural Review Board, including gated checks and approvals.
- Confluence Integration: Develop confluence templates that facilitate the automatic creation of Confluence pages optimized for presenter mode.
- System Integration: Configure Jira to interact with other systems, enabling data pull and push based on workflow requirements.
- Microsoft Teams Integration: Create integration points between Jira and Microsoft Teams to notify relevant parties of workflow state changes.
- Workflow Development: Develop and maintain various workflows, ensuring project visibility and proper phase transitions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Jira: At least 3-5 years of experience in configuring and automating Jira workflows.
- Confluence: At least 2-4 years of experience in using Confluence, particularly in creating and managing templates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and translating processes into Jira workflows. Integration experience between Jira and Confluence is a must.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient workflows and integrations.
- Must have at least 1 relevant Certification: Jira service management, Jira automation for administrators, Jira automation for admins expert, Jira service administrator, etc.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is not required if they have certification and relevant experience
